Part of the Historic Sussex Hotel Group, the Spread Eagle Hotel is located in the pretty Sussex market town of Midhurst in the heart of the South Downs National Park, The Spread Eagle is a charming English historic inn, retaining its heritage, yet providing every contemporary comfort.

Due to the building fabric and historic nature of the building a hard-wired system was not feasible.

Crays Fire originally selected the Electro Detectors Millennium range of radio-based equipment for the hotel, over 25 years ago.

As part of a recent upgrade we selected the EMS Firecell radio-based fire alarm system, which is ideal to accommodate the unique and historic vaulted ceilings, the oak beams and historic features, without intruding on the hotel guests experience.

Crays Fire Ltd have maintained the fire alarm systems for the Historic Sussex Hotel Group since our first installation for them back in 1994.
